Diversity Commissioner

Diversity is a critical dimension of the Cluster. Diversity includes reconciliation of work and family life, inclusion, interculturality, and generation management. Creating equal opportunities at all levels of education, research, and governance is a prerequisite for the success of the Cluster. Here you find more information on the Equal Opportunity measures.

Franziska Thomas is the acting Diversity Commissioner of Heildeberg University. Franziska Thomas is currently acting Diversity Commissioner at Heidelberg University. On the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology side, the position still has to be officially elected.
