Increase of Female Scientists
To increase the percentage of female scientists and professors the Cluster has implemented the following measures:
- Defined quota in the Cluster for the share of women for different qualification levels
- Headhunting program as a way to ensure the observance of the quota
- Coaching program for female Doctoral and Postdoctoral Researchers
- Coaching on demand for female professors
